Below you will have answers to some of our most frequent questions about our Little Superhero Classes.
What should my Superhero wear?
Little Superheroes should wear comfy clothes and trainers, so they can easily practice their Superhero moves, which include running, crawling and jumping through the Superhero assault course.
Their own Superhero outfits can also be worn, but please be aware that capes and masks are not allowed.
Classes are 45 minutes.
How long are the classes?
Are parents/carers required to stay at classes?
Little Superhero parents/guardians must remain on site at all times during training to encourage and engage with their Little Heroes throughout.
Please also bring some water to keep your little Superhero’s powers topped up during the session.
How does the reward system work in classes?
All children will be given a Superhero training certificate at the start of the course. At the end of every training session, each child will be awarded a star sticker to place on their certificate.
Once all stars have been collected, children will be awarded their official Superhero certificate.
